PAI Appoints Partner

PAI Partners, an European private equity firm, has namedCharles Bouaziz, former CEO ofPepsiCoWestern Europe, as a partner. He will be working with the firm’s food and consumer goods sector team based in Paris and will also be in charge of PAI’s portfolio performance group.

Bouaziz joins PAI from French retailerMonoprix, where he was CEO. Earlier during his career, he also served atProcter & Gambleapart fromPepsiCoin Europe.
