NXT Capital Venture Financehas appointedAnurag Chandraas a managing director (MD). The firm is a provider of senior and subordinated term loans in the $1 million to $20 million range to emerging growth and lower middle-market companies backed by venture capital and private equity firms. Chandra will work from NXT Capital’s Silicon Valley office and will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities in the technology sector and boosting its presence in the West Coast entrepreneurial community.

Before joining NXT Capital, he was managing partner at wealth management firmGresham Partners, where he directed early-stage to mid-market technology companies seeking operational scale. Previously, Chandra also worked withGalleon Crossover Fund,Lighthouse Capital Partners,Intraspect SoftwareandNetDialog.
